So sorry no update – I am busy, busy, busy, busy, busy! Meanwhile enjoy this article on Los Angeles’ Koreatown that a friend sent me today. It truly is the neighborhood that never sleeps.

i love your site! i have a question about preparing your basic beef broth for guks and chigaes. i just can’t get my meat to come out tender after boiling it. do you know what the best cut of meat is and the best way to boil it? sounds like a no-brainer but…
