hey bee i am working on an organic korean recipe book, so far i’ve found a couple supposedly organic korean restaurants, but no such book already out there. what do you think, is there a market?
i read that. for some reason i hate restaurant nengmyun. i only like my mom’s homemade nenmyun. i think it’s the noodles. don’t like it when it’s too tough to chew.

mool nengmyun on a hot day is the best. josun galbi’s mool nengmyun with their galbi is the best. MMmMmm

I like nengmyun, esp. bibim nengmyun….and mahkgooksu. My favorite dish so far while I’ve been in Korea is bibim nengmyun or mahkgooksu. Mmmm….
