Best Garlic Press
I used to buy minced garlic in a jar because it was just easy. But I've been using this Kuhn Rikon Garlic Press, and I love it. It's so powerful that you can even mince ginger in it!
Happy cooking!

Wooohoo for useful kitchen gadgets!
ooh interesting! i should get that for my mom.
great tool!
but the cleaning part sux
i have an old school garlic press. and yes, cleaning it sucks.
What I always do is peel a bunch of garlic and then put it in my magic bullet and keep it until i use it all up. It's nice b/c the magic bullet has a regular cap so it's like a container, and it's hard plastic so it won't taste/smell like garlic later on either. (you can use those mini food processors..but the magic bullet is easier)
Life made simple!!!
:) I love it!
found your page through a korean american blog. love your recipes!!
now thats a heavy duty garlic mincer
buy vaporizer
These are really hard to clean. Here's a garlic tip: just smash the garlic with the side of your knife, and then peel the skin off. It's really easy.
