hiiiiiiiiiiiiii! i’m sooooo glad i discovered your blog! i am a FAN FAN FAN of korean food, and have been trying to cook more at my apt. my big question of the day is this: Do you know of any korean cooking schools geared toward second generation korean-americans – in other words, i want to pass on the love of korean food that my mother instilled in me to my kids one day.. and although i would love to observe my mom cook more often, i can’t since i live away from her.. then, i heard there are korean cooking schools in my area, but they are geared toward first generation koreans and the class is all in korean!! what do you think?
