A lot of my chinese friends have no idea what jjambong is. Interesting though. The early versions of jjambog doesn’t really sound too appetizing… haha
Regarding the best mool naengmyun, it’s in Flushing, NY near the LIRR Murray Hill station. There is a small very Korean restaurant that specializes in naengyun and somuri gook bab. It also had chik (the black noodle) naengmyun. I forget the name but I can find out if you like.
it’s a chain in corea and they have only one place in the states but that’s LA. they have this thing called »çõÅÁ¸é and it’s their take on jjambbong. you should try it when you’re in LA or corea
